Den 20 och 21 maj 2024 samlades 17 \u201dClimate Detective\u201d-lag \u2013 som vart och ett representerade ett land fr\u00e5n olika delar av Europa \u2013 f\u00f6r ett fantastiskt evenemang med inl\u00e4rning och firande, som h\u00f6lls p\u00e5\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.esa.int\/About_Us\/ESRIN\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ESA:s europeiska institut f\u00f6r rymdforskning<\/a>\u00a0(ESRIN) i Frascati, Italien \u2013 jordobservationens centrum!\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\" data-width=\"2000\" data-credit=\"ESA\" data-detail-url=\"https:\/\/www.esa.int\/ESA_Multimedia\/Images\/2024\/05\/Poster_session_at_the_Climate_Detectives_Learning_and_Celebration_Event_2024\" data-licence=\"ESA Standard Licence\" data-licence-url=\"https:\/\/www.esa.int\/ESA_Multimedia\/Terms_and_conditions_of_use_of_images_and_videos_available_on_the_esa_website\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" style=\"max-width:100%;height:auto\" src=\"https:\/\/www.esa.int\/var\/esa\/storage\/images\/esa_multimedia\/images\/2024\/05\/poster_session_at_the_climate_detectives_learning_and_celebration_event_2024\/26105869-5-eng-GB\/Poster_session_at_the_Climate_Detectives_Learning_and_Celebration_Event_2024.jpg\" alt=\"Student teams got a chance to present their projects for the Climate Detectives 2023\/2024 edition during a poster session at the Learning and Celebration Event 2024\"><figcaption>Elevgrupperna fick tillf\u00e4lle att presentera sina projekt f\u00f6r upplagan av \u201dClimate Detectives\u201d 2023\/2024 under en postersession vid evenemanget \u201dLearning and Celebration Event 2024\u201d<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>De elever som deltog var mellan 12 och 19 \u00e5r gamla och hade alla genomf\u00f6rt ett \u201dClimate Detectives\u201d-projekt. De unders\u00f6kte en klimat- eller milj\u00f6fr\u00e5ga och anv\u00e4nde sig d\u00e4rvid av riktiga satellitbilder eller samlade till och med in egna data. H\u00e4r \u00e4r tre exempel:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Gruppen fr\u00e5n Gymn\u00e1zium Po\u0161tov\u00e1 9 i Slovakien m\u00e4tte luftkvaliteten i n\u00e4rliggande st\u00e4der och p\u00e5 landsbygden och utbytte id\u00e9er om hur man kan \u00f6ka anv\u00e4ndningen av f\u00f6rnybara energik\u00e4llor.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Klimatdetektiverna fr\u00e5n IES El Torrell\u00f3 i Spanien anv\u00e4nde <a href=\"https:\/\/www.esa.int\/kids\/en\/learn\/Earth\/Climate_change\/Europe_s_space_Sentinels\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Satelliten Sentinel-2<\/a> data f\u00f6r att unders\u00f6ka effekterna av br\u00e4nder och kraftiga regn, och funderade p\u00e5 olika s\u00e4tt att bidra till att skydda sina lokala samh\u00e4llen.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Elever fr\u00e5n Ecole Sainte-Sophie de Luxembourg unders\u00f6kte avfall i haven och genomf\u00f6rde ett smart experiment f\u00f6r att se hur plast bryts ned i vatten.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\" data-width=\"2000\" data-credit=\"ESA\" data-detail-url=\"https:\/\/www.esa.int\/ESA_Multimedia\/Images\/2024\/05\/Workshops_for_the_Climate_Detectives_at_ESRIN_2024\" data-licence=\"ESA Standard Licence\" data-licence-url=\"https:\/\/www.esa.int\/ESA_Multimedia\/Terms_and_conditions_of_use_of_images_and_videos_available_on_the_esa_website\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" style=\"max-width:100%;height:auto\" src=\"https:\/\/www.esa.int\/var\/esa\/storage\/images\/esa_multimedia\/images\/2024\/05\/workshops_for_the_climate_detectives_at_esrin_2024\/26106168-3-eng-GB\/Workshops_for_the_Climate_Detectives_at_ESRIN_2024.jpg\" alt=\"Students learned more about Earth observation, importance of satellites, and how to use satellite data during hands-on workshops at the Climate Detectives Learning and Celebration Event 2024.\"><figcaption>Under praktiska workshops vid evenemanget \u201dClimate Detectives Learning and Celebration Event 2024\u201d fick eleverna l\u00e4ra sig mer om jordobservation, satelliternas betydelse och hur man anv\u00e4nder satellitdata.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Evenemanget \u2019Climate Detectives Learning and Celebration Event 2024\u201d handlade helt och h\u00e5llet om att uppm\u00e4rksamma Climate Detectives h\u00e5rda arbete och prestationer. De fick ta del av inspirerande f\u00f6redrag och sp\u00e4nnande praktiska workshops inom geovetenskap, samt tr\u00e4ffa jordexperter fr\u00e5n ESA. D\u00e4refter fick de l\u00e4ra sig mer om ESA:s jordobservationsprogram och till och med bes\u00f6ka \u03a6-Experience, ett speciellt rum med unika ljudlandskap och interaktiva utst\u00e4llningar!\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Grattis till alla elever som deltog i projektet \u201dKlimatdetektiverna\u201d under l\u00e4s\u00e5ret 2023\u20132024 och hj\u00e4lpte oss att l\u00e4ra oss mer om v\u00e5r fantastiska planet.
