La missione \u00e8 stata chiamata JUICE, da Jupiter Icy Moons Explorer (Esploratore delle lune ghiacciate di Giove). Il lancio sar\u00e0 effettuato tra 10 anni, nel 2022, con il razzo Ariane 5 dalla base di Kourou nella Guiana francese.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>JUICE impiegher\u00e0 8 anni per raggiungere Giove, dopodich\u00e9 inizier\u00e0 a compiere delle osservazioni dettagliate del pi\u00f9 grande pianeta del nostro Sistema solare e delle sue lune.<\/p>\n<p>Si pensa che su tre delle lune di Giove - Ganimede, Callisto ed Europa - siano presenti degli oceani. JUICE studier\u00e0 diverse caratteristiche di ciascuna luna, come lo spessore della crosta di ghiaccio di Europa e la superficie ghiacciata e la struttura interna di Ganimede.<\/p>\n<p>Grazie a JUICE potremo comprendere meglio come si formano i giganti gassosi e i loro mondi orbitanti e se esistono delle possibilit\u00e0 di ospitare la vita sulla loro superficie.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Europe is going to visit Jupiter and its icy moons!
