A vil\u00e1g tetej\u00e9n azonban dr\u00e1mai v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1sok zajlanak. \u00daj m\u0171holdas felm\u00e9r\u00e9sek szerint az \u00c9szaki-sarkvid\u00e9k tengeri j\u00e9gtakar\u00f3ja egyre v\u00e9konyodik \u00e9s sz\u00e9tesik.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>A 2006. augusztus 23. \u00e9s 25. k\u00f6z\u00f6tt k\u00e9sz\u00fclt felv\u00e9telek el\u0151sz\u00f6r mutatj\u00e1k be az \u00e1lland\u00f3 tengeri j\u00e9g dr\u00e1mai hasad\u00e9kait. Ezek a Svalbard-szigett\u0151l indulnak, \u00e1thaladnak az orosz sarkvid\u00e9ken, \u00e9s eg\u00e9szen az \u00c9szaki-sarkig ny\u00falnak \u2013 ez a ter\u00fclet nagyobb, mint a Brit-szigetek.<\/p>\n<p>Az ESA Envisat m\u0171holdj\u00e1nak radarfelv\u00e9telein a j\u00e9gny\u00edl\u00e1sok s\u00f6t\u00e9t sz\u00fcrke \u00e9s fekete foltokk\u00e9nt jelennek meg. Csak az elm\u00falt n\u00e9h\u00e1ny h\u00e9tben kezdett \u00fajra befagyni a tenger.<\/p>\n<p>Az elm\u00falt 25 \u00e9v sor\u00e1n a m\u0171holdak megfigyelt\u00e9k, hogy a sarkvid\u00e9ki j\u00e9gtakar\u00f3 a ny\u00e1ri olvad\u00e1si id\u0151szakban egyre jobban zsugorodik. Az 1980-as \u00e9vek elej\u00e9n a ny\u00e1r v\u00e9gi j\u00e9gtakar\u00f3 k\u00f6r\u00fclbel\u00fcl 8 milli\u00f3 n\u00e9gyzetkilom\u00e9tert fedett le. Tavaly ez a ter\u00fclet kevesebb volt, mint 5,5 milli\u00f3 n\u00e9gyzetkilom\u00e9ter.
