Modul Harmony dorazil k Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed vesm\u00edrn\u00e9 stanici (ISS). Dne 26. \u0159\u00edjna se astronauti Scott Parazynski a Douglas Wheelock vydali na v\u00fdstup do otev\u0159en\u00e9ho vesm\u00edru, aby p\u0159ipravili tento modul italsk\u00e9 v\u00fdroby \u2013 zn\u00e1m\u00fd tak\u00e9 jako Node 2 \u2013 k p\u0159ipojen\u00ed ke stanici. Pot\u00e9 se do akce zapojilo robotick\u00e9 rameno raketopl\u00e1nu Discovery, kter\u00e9 opatrn\u011b vyzvedlo 14tunov\u00fd modul z n\u00e1kladov\u00e9ho prostoru raketopl\u00e1nu. Pod dohledem astronauta ESA Paola Nespoliho byl modul Harmony brzy zaji\u0161t\u011bn v do\u010dasn\u00e9 poloze na lev\u00e9 stran\u011b modulu Unity (Node 1).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

N\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed den se Nespoli a velitelka ISS Peggy Whitsonov\u00e1 stali prvn\u00edmi \u010dleny pos\u00e1dky, kte\u0159\u00ed vstoupili do nov\u00e9 chodby stanice. S ochrann\u00fdmi br\u00fdlemi a obli\u010dejov\u00fdmi maskami, kter\u00e9 je chr\u00e1nily p\u0159ed voln\u011b se vzn\u00e1\u0161ej\u00edc\u00edmi p\u0159edm\u011bty, za\u010dali astronauti odstra\u0148ovat v\u00edce ne\u017e 700 \u0161roub\u016f, kter\u00e9 byly namontov\u00e1ny pro start. \u201cJe mi pot\u011b\u0161en\u00edm b\u00fdt zde, v tomto n\u00e1dhern\u00e9m kusu techniky,\u201d \u0159ekl Nespoli b\u011bhem kr\u00e1tk\u00e9ho slavnostn\u00edho ceremoni\u00e1lu uspo\u0159\u00e1dan\u00e9ho k t\u00e9to p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti.<\/p>\n

Pot\u00e9, co provedli \u0159adu experiment\u016f a asistovali p\u0159i dal\u0161\u00edch t\u0159ech v\u00fdstupech do vesm\u00edru, se Nespoli a dal\u0161\u00edch \u0161est \u010dlen\u016f pos\u00e1dky vr\u00e1tili na Zemi 7. listopadu po 15 dnech str\u00e1ven\u00fdch ve vesm\u00edru. Nyn\u00ed, kdy\u017e se raketopl\u00e1n Discovery vydal na cestu dom\u016f, m\u016f\u017ee pos\u00e1dka expedice ISS 16 p\u0159ipojit dokovac\u00ed port k modulu Harmony a p\u0159em\u00edstit jej na jeho trval\u00e9 m\u00edsto v p\u0159edn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti stanice.<\/p>\n

Harmony je prvn\u00edm trval\u00fdm evropsk\u00fdm dopl\u0148kem Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed vesm\u00edrn\u00e9 stanice (ISS).
